Now some are getting paid for their work—and helping to meet the growing demand. As colleges continue to struggle to meet students' psychological needs, some are beginning to outsource mental health education and support duties to an unlikely contingent: undergraduates.

This booklet can be a useful guide for anyone working with people with mental health difficulties and especially for mental health professionals keen to embrace a coaching approach in their everyday practice.
